If she was so innocent she wouldn't have walked away. Anyway, no point arguing about her.... it is just that she was blatantly abusing KC system. The associate even told her that she would loose her KC since she knows how much she has paid and she won't be able to keep it, then she just snatched her jacket and walked away. You decide what she was trying to do.....

I got one better. I saw someone use a screen shot from kitchenaid mixer (60.00). They used expired kohls cash. They waited 5 minutes and returned to CS desk and returned without a receipt for 299.00. No wonder kohls is changing the policy.

I wish, but I don't understand if I tried to return it without a receipt wouldn't the price show up as $60 in the system?

I think if you return it with receipt within earning period, you will loose KC, you cannot spend it until redemption period starts. But if you return it without receipt, you can keep KC and get the full price of the item back. I wonder what they do with people who do not have DL - what kind of identity do they store for them? |

That's some serious guts!!!  I am all for a policy that equally distributes the KC amongst the item purchased and if you return it you loose appropriate portion of KC.... kinda like what JCP did, and what other stores like children's place etc do when they give cash. That is fair and square. |
