All bogo's auto at cvs <$10 beepless, >$10 requiring mgr approval which still is usually a gimme. Target all will maxauto after prompting pick item screen. RA with updated registers will auto the price of item when q is scanned, so if card scanned first it'll auto the sales/discount price, if card is scanned after q it'll auto the shelf price......

Now we are into holy grail territory. At the same time as the Neuragen deal (which was monthly), there was the weekly Almay deal at wags. Nothing will ever compare to the Almay deal. I ended the week with zero oop and $5000 in RR's...

well i had to pay some oop because i didn't have any many cous just wags cous but most of my stores didn't even carry the makeup wipes. A manager from my normal store was kind enough to travel elsewhere to bring me what the other store had and plus he ordered for me. i had fun though

the sunday this coupon came out i was sitting on 20 of them...burned them all at RA and the thought entered my mind to check WM..... and boy did i ever!!!
found face products with clearance stickers on them near the back wall in a cart! almost as if the coupon fairy and a legion of couponers beat feet out of town with this monster load...??? ??
i went over to the price checker and they were ringing $2 or less, some were even under a $1 !!!!
i marched my happy butt up to the front and asked the CSM if i could buy the rest of their papers, she says, "honey, we throw most of them away at the end of the night, help yourself." !!!!
i about passed out....took 3 carts to get them all..i spent the next hour 1/2 breaking down over 237 papers....counting all the items in the cart i found earlier and used the overage from the coupons to pay for the papers, CG items, and still they handed me over 6 Benjamin Franklins!! and change...lol...quite the ride....the same CSM was a little uneasy that i wanted to take the coupons out BEFORE i bought the papers, but after i explained that was the only way i was going to buy them all, she caved to make the sale....i should add, i called in 2 friends to help me pull this one off b/c hubby is kinda bored with all my couponing, but when i showed the money..now i get to brag a little LOT!

you would NEVER believe the number of WM employees standing around watching me check out...and the look on that CSM's face as the cashier had to page for more money b/c her drawer didnt have enough..lol..thats how i got the 6 Bennys

p.s. took the money and went away for the weekend..on me *sigh* oh how i luv coupons!
p.s.s. (lol, wheres Boop? i need a Ka chow for my Mater psssss'......lol) anyway....
Disclaimer: If you were the owner of the cart i commandeered due to inactivity and lack of supervision, i just want you to know how eternally grateful i was that you decided to leave it behind
Also, if you happen to be an employee for WM and the cart was yours..sorry i kinda got in the way of your work, but hey it was less for you to put away right? unless of course you are a couponer and were thinking of rolling that bad boy back to receiving where you could hide it until your coupons came in from the bay....??? nah..thats just cynical and and borderline paranoia..thanks whoever you are!

I'm guessing the CG $8/2 was Pre- limit 4 bs?

Yup. It's in their policy. Odds are, unless you know your CSM, it will take 20 minutes just because they very rarely see it. If it's a small amount of overage, it's less of a hassle just to buy other stuff to cover for the O.

you are so very right...they kinda look at ya like "now what" when the total goes negative..lol....the one cashier actually asked me for the negative balance as if i was to pay it..i had to kindly point out that the total had a "minus" sign next to it which meant that's what i am owed
most times its so aggravating i'll just throw on some meat or produce to absorb the "O"...another one was the $5 similac when the "green" bottle was only $3.49..now that is on my top 3 of ALL TIME! lol....

you should try at least once...its kinda fun having all the WM folks running around screaming "the sky is falling the sky is falling".....

all that happens is once you go negative, and IF you choose to get your cash back(i do this b/c my CC gives me 5% cash back..id rather spend the $$ on my CC for the extra bonus) instead of applying the "O" to other things...the cashier has to ok the total, then a small piece of CRT will print and you will hear a beep....that small piece lets the cashier know the journal or "pc math" is freaking out and needs a CSM to intervene for you to get your money. 9 times out of 10 the CSM through their handheld just authorize the $5 - $40 or so..i've noticed once you hit around $50, the CSM will usually come on over to have a look see whats so hot
i've been given the riot act on a few things, but after everyone calms down, we all read the coupons together, and match em up with the items...they reach into that tray and start handing over the bills!!!! its one of the few delights i savor every time i go into WM....i honestly dont even shop there...only when i want some fun money for some new shoes or coupon money for fuel..lol

I'm a fly under the radar kinda guy so I will always get product ot absorb the "o". I had a nice little "o" scenario going a year or two ago with Gas-X and a couple of other coupons. The CSM still had to come over but she would sign off on everything without even looking. The thing I hated was that the CSM always took 5 or 10 minutes to come over and everybody in the line gives you the evil eye during the wait.I don't think that I've been in a WM this year. Shopping has to also be fun and it's rare that I have a good time at WM even when I'm getting "o".

Gosh all this talk about "O" is bringing me back to the days with no limits and keep on going and going.
If you dont want to use ur fun money on the spot put it on a GC, Get enough and you can get GC to other places at WM.
