I have a question about the Physician's formula TMF rebates. I purchased two PF products (concealer and foundation) on the same receipt and have TMF peelies for both of them. Now can I send both of them in a single envelope? The addresses for the rebates are the same however the department is different. Wondering if anyone did this and if yes, what address/department did they type on the envelope to send the forms to?

Appreciate any help. I was just lazy to send this rebate out till now

Hi. I am new to the load to card +Ups so I am a little confused how they work.

What happens if I have 4 +Ups on my card ($3, $3, $4, $2) for a total of $12 and only use $11? Do I lose the $1 up or is the credit still on the card?

What if I purchase something that is $3.99 and I have $4? Does the penny go away?

For the first scenario, the computer can't use $11. If you buy something for $11.xx, the $3, $3, and $4 should come off (I believe), so you will have $2 left. I'm not 100% sure, it may go off by expiration date first, and have other combinations of it coming off?

You can't use a $4 UPS on a $3.99 item. Unless, you are in CA, and there is CRV involved. I believe other states also charge a few cents on recyclable cans/plastic bottle (not sure either), but generally, you most buy at least $4 worth of items to use a $4 up.

Ok. So An Up can only be used if the items you purchase are equal to or greater than the Up reward. Correct?

I would personally opt out and have you UPs printed.

I did a return yesterday and they wouldn't refund my coupon amounts...grrr..rite aid. I even told the cashier that they would get the value of those coupons and now I wouldn't. This is why I avoid returns as much as possible, just too much of a pain.

it's very difficult to control when the +ups come off. sometimes the +ups come off before the mq's which causes all sorts of problems at the
register. you can get around this by having the cashier scan your card last but the easiest thing to do is just opt out. that way you know exactly
how much in +ups you have and you can spend them however you want. btw, it's well over a month now since i last went to ra. the 6am thing is
the main reason that I stopped shopping there but ra has also become a lot less friendly recently especially if you're a couponer.

Unless your name is Rite Aid I or Rite Aid II, you will not get special treatment. You will have to follow the coupon policies just like the rest of us!
IF they did what you wanted, they would have people buying products day-in and day-out with $25 coupons and then immediately asking for a refund.

is it just me or both RiteAid webiste and gmail website are down?

Actually, if you use your Wellness card, you have to wait till 6 am the following day to get your refund...

So I've been a total slacker these past few months and am now at 893 welness points. Would hate to lost the 20% discount next year. Any suggestions for low OOP to get the remaining points?? I have about $30 in UP rewards to spend and I know I don't earn points when I roll them (at least that is what it looks like). Thanks!!
