Wow!!! I'm at a loss for words on that one! The cashier had to have had it "out" for you... can't believe you can get banned for buying product and reselling it. You're not stealing from them... you're using coupons. Not sure how many wellness cards you use at their store... a lot???? Do you clear shelves? Do they feel you take advantage or something!?!?!

I understand the store has their rights too... I'm sorry!!!

It certainly is legal as long as it is not discrimination. It is a private establishment and they can ban whomever they want.

Many coupons say "Coupon void if product used for resale". I am not even going into the possible violations of sales tax law.

tell him to prove the stuff is from rite aid. then i would contact my state attorney general. tell them to prove it.

Bummer. Very legal. I'd get it in writing. You want to make sure the ban is the end of the sanctions.

Does anyone go to RA on 96 st and 2nd ave in NYC? There's a guy that works there that must be security, no name tag, plain clothes. He creeps me out. Stares at everyone as if they are doing something wrong. I only go there when in the city every few months, but I swear he was talking about me to another employee. Not paranoid, just felt uncomfortable.

I'm in Washington but we have one like that. Every time I have to reach in my purse for a coupon I'm worried security is going to come tackle me and do a cavity search. Especially if it's slow-the guy thinks he should just follow you since your the only person in the store. I don't ever even think about liberating a peelie on his watch.

Listen dude! The only think I've ever stolen was a cupcake in second grade. And I still feel guilty about it. Back off!
