Kmart Deals YMMV

went to Kmart to spend $10 expiring today - kids ask for some art supplies, DS1 needed bodywash.
Bought 2 dove bw - 5.79*2, 1 axe - 4.99, some other stuff
Cashier told me that all MQ should be enterd before she hit total, so she called supervisor to cancell my transaction. Then, she spent whole 5 min enering 3 mq manually mumbling something about system upgrade. No cats printed at all...
Chated with customer service - they sent me back to store :-(
Is it normal for K-mart? Any suggestion of how to get my $7 back?

Well.....I dealt with the system upgrade tonight too. A new yellow screen pops up and they have to hit a button that says something about coupons. Also, at least at my store today, it's completely the opposite way with coupons and the manufacturer's had to be first and then the P&G. Myself, a cashier, CS person and an assistant manager took about 20 minutes to figure this out too. Two days ago when the old system was up, it was the same old, same old when I used my P&G, but today on both orders it would not work until after. I guess this isn't the case everywhere, but the way it was for me today.

I had an exact order as you too, after pulling out my HBO cereal because they thought maybe that was the issue at first with the P&G not working, of two Dove bodywash and and Axe Spray. The coupons did have to entered manually, but that was because they have the new bar codes and 9 out of 10 times in my store the register can't read them. I did get the $2 Dove cat, but didn't realize until later I didn't get the CRT. No problems earlier in the week, so I am thinking it was maybe one of the products that messed it up. I got the Fresh Awake and Clean Comfort Dove and the Dark Temptation Axe.

For the CRT, you would have to talk to someone at the store and see if they would issue a GC. The cat you just need to contact catalina marketing and they will send you one. I had one not print for the Jergens late last week and filled out the online form and received it in today's mail.

Just a heads up too. The Dove cat is supposed to be on anything, but it's coded for the Dove Men's products. It's going to beep on anything else and will have to be pushed through.

Curious if anyone who was signed up for the 20X points when you transfer a prescription noticed that the points started to show up? Weird thing is, I got 15K for 3 transactions, and then it stopped(about 10 transactions after that with no bonus points). I had transferred the prescription 4 days earlier, so I have no clue what is going on, and calling SYWR is such a headache, they don't even know what is going on with their own program!

The 20% for transferring a script hasn't been working for months. We have all been complaining and they have done nothing about it. It worked when it first started, for a while, and then it just stopped for everyone. Now some people, including me, seem to be earning some again, but it just started last week. All my orders with HBA have been earning more bonus points, but still not quite 20%. Only happens on HBA items, so we are thinking maybe it's them. Lots of other people still aren't earning any, though.

Yes,I've been signed up from the beginning. When I stopped getting points a few months back I transferred another script, thinking that might reactivate it with no success. Why I posted was I just received points on three of those trannys from early October, yet there are a bunch left with H and B that still didn't get the bonus for later in October. Hoping it's just a slow process and soon we will all see our "earned points". I haven't been back to K so I'm not sure if my new trannys work w the bonus, but it is nice to see they are attempting to compensate us for what we earned.

Two pair of Icon reading glasses free with this weeks BOGO sale and the BOGO KQ in the Christmas Savings booklet. The online version of the booklet was posted here last week (page 29) and they were also available at the CS desk at my store.

The only issue with the glasses was some of the styles are not working for the KQ, but my store worked around it by scanning glasses we knew worked with the KQ in previous transactions. The original price of the glasses count towards doubling so a very easy way to get to $25.

did you or anyone else get the bonus CRT for a year (??) for health, beauty gift sets and ltd holiday items? It doesn't state with a Rx, but has the fine print of having one every 120 days. Trying to figure out how to use.
Same trans that printed that I got 249 bonus points. No H,B or drug. Halloween duct tape?

My SYWR points increased by $36.xx since Wednesday.
I do not see anything in my sywr acct.

There is a possibility that they are finally started to add the RX points that everyone is due. The last few days I've woken up to more points than I had the night before and so have others. I would still suggest spending them fairly quickly, though, in case it's like the "mistake" they had earlier this year where they added points and took them all away and put people into the negative.

For those who are not looking forward to WM on Thanksgiving for the $36 wii skylander's giant deal...it's $55 at KMart and it qualified for the $15 on your next gaming or gaming accessory purchase. So- $55 +tax for the starter sykylander giant and a free giant (for us anyway) next week...beats having to go to WM on Thanksgiving. (for me anyway!)

Thank you! This could be an awesome deal! Are they located in health and beauty? Don't you need to spend $25 in grocery or cosmetics or HBA to be able to double the 5 coupons?
