Does anyone have any idea of which pringles work for the free pringles?

I stopped by Kmart between classes - and tried to do a $50 transaction - to get points from an email offer.

My qs weren't doubling because the cashier's hand scanner wasn't working - and when she manually entered them, the register didn't give her the choice to pick the Olay, (for the $1 Olay coupon) - so she picked the Crave - which is only $1 so the q wouldn't double.

Since they knew what was going on - it would have been nice if they could just refunded it at CS (or not have one of the only two lanes open be one they knew the scanner wasn't working right..)

But they voided the entire order and wanted me to re-ring at the next checkout lane. I had to get to class and didn't have time to mess with it. But they said they would hold my stuff for me.

When I went back (between classes - 25 minute drive each way) I got the cashier who never wants to enter my SYWR number until the END of the transaction (AFTER she has scanned the coupons...). I wouldn't put my stuff up to be rang up until she FINALLY entered my number. I told her I needed it entered at the beginning of the transaction - but she wasn't happy with me.

Then my Pringles coupon wouldn't work. I got the Honey Mustard. Cashier said it is only on SELECT varieties and I must have bought the wrong flavor.

God grant me the serenity.....

So I told them to just take the Pringles off. I didn't want to pay full price for them, and I didn't want to mess with trying to get the coupon to work. CS came over and they read the coupon a lot of times and then voided the WHOLE order.

I had to make the 25 minute drive back to class... so I didn't have time to mess with ringing it all up again and HOPING the coupons would work.

They said they would put the order back up for me to come back. But dang it. How many trips should I make to Kmart just to try to buy something at the advertised price?

I was SO frustrated that I wasted ALL my free time today driving back and forth to Kmart and getting nowhere.

Now I am silly enough to try it again in the morning.

What is the trick on the Pringles?

I have a question about the P&G deal. Could I use a trial size product to get above the $30 threshold. I was going to get 4 Downy 90 load and the Pringles. That would put me at about $29.50. I was going to do the buy 4 cereals get free milk too so no more q's would double. Then again I'm wondering if it's even worth it because I'm sure it will be a nightmare and something will go wrong lol.

Found out the pringles works as a awesome filler if u are short a few cents. Bought:
5 bounty napkins $5.97
1 $1.89
My total was 29.85 before adding the pringles.
The $5 came off at the end, free pringles came off and all 5 of my bounty coupons doubled. Total after coupons was $15.75 and I got the $10 CRT

Did you buy the napkins or the paper towels in this scenario? I have plenty of PT and need more napkins. Just wondering if the super coupon works on the napkins too(if I can find any!) Or are you using a different coupon.

Oh! I meant paper towels!! I am pretty sure the bounty napkins are cheaper than the towels.

Two questions:

1. Does your total have to be $50 AFTER all coupons or can they scan it before they scan any of your other coupons? ETA I read the wiki and it looks like I need to spend $50 after all coupons, correct?

2. Will this overlap with next weeks GC deal, purchase $50 in merchandise and receive a $5 GC?

Finally made it to K yesterday. Did the P&G deal with 4 large bottles of H&S and 1 can of Pringles which worked great for getting to $30. I added Purex laundry tabs to each transaction until I ran out of Q's...wish I had more Q's but since they expire tomorrow I'll just be happy with what I got.

Once I ran out of Purex Q's I went hunting for items I could add to my transactions for free/cheap and found some clearance items:

Biore Pore Unclogging Scrub 5 oz tube marked down to $2 - used $1 peelies on Biore in the cleanser aisle or you could use the $1 Ban, Biore, Curel, Jergens, John Frieda peelie

Pantene Classic Styling Gel 6.8 oz tube marked down to $1.50 - $1 MQ from a booklet

John Frieda Root Awakening Strength Restoring Hair Spray 10 fl oz marked down to $1.50 - used $1 Ban, Biore, Curel, Jergens, John Frieda peelie

When does the Suave $10/$3 offer end? I'm trying to work up scenarios for next week to use up my P&G CRT's.
