I'm sorry but there shouldn't be a spam pop-up (I used FF) after submission. Yesterday many people on their facebook page said it was a fake deal as well but the negative comments have been removed.
When you go to their facebook page a phone number shows 1 718.358.6579 (the phone number is not in service) If you go the legit web site http://www.queenshealthemporium.com/ and call the phone number listed (718) 358-6500 you will be told "the facebook site and offer is fraudulant." The facebook site was recently made. Again, I'm sorry, really...but my comments weren't directed towards you, only the offer to let others know.
