To buy an SSD or to wait for IMFT 20nm to come on market, I imagine when they do prices are goign to drop as capacity at the next node is quite high, expect 1TB 2.5" drives, at least from what I hear.
So when is Intel or Crucial going to come out with some, Too bad the NAND at the smaller node has a much smaller lifespan per cell, but that's why we have all these super duper memory controllers. What to do... |

I don't think this drive has been out long enough to have a "proven track record"... so you may want to keep that in mind. I'd stick with Intel or Samsung for now if reliability is at or near the top of your list.
