Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry.
The registration form only needs to be completed once and must be completed in order to earn an entry into any Daily or Weekly Entry Period.
Limit one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for each Daily Entry Period and one (1) entry per person and per e-mail address for each Weekly Entry Period for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
Daily Prizes (370 total, 5 per Daily Entry Period): One (1) $25.00 gift card awarded in the form of a pre-paid debit card, which can be used towards purchase at the Team USA Shop (certain terms & conditions as specified by issuer apply) (Estimated Retail Value ("ERV") $25.00 each).
Weekly Prizes (10 total, 1 per Weekly Entry Period): One (1) Samsung Galaxy Note (Model SGH-i717) (ERV $700.00 each). Total ERV of all prizes combined is $16,250.00.
Limit one (1) Daily Prize and one (1) Weekly Prize per person and per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period.
