Staples usually has one 20" LCD monitor on sale for $90~100 every week. (which is a good deal by itself, when bought with 25 off 75)
This is LED, so this is pretty slick! |

Do yourself a favor and avoid Acer products(at least monitors)
I bought one that went bad after 3 uses... Called Acer and they ask me to pay for support.... or I would be just wasting time with the Indian lady asking did you install the driver for the monitor....Geez... we were talking about the build-in speaker in the monitor.... A LCD monitor doesn't need driver anyway... Submitted RMA online, paid $30 in shipping... a month later Acer returned a defective unit.... Called again and they told me I still had to pay for shipping... F... Acer |

Hmmmm, this and a bungee cord to replace the broken screen on my Acer laptop?
VisionTek does not honor their lifetime warranty. Do not buy graphics cards from them.

I currently have 4 Acer monitors in the home. 2 of which are abused by 8 and 10 year old kids on a daily basis. They still work just fine even after 2+ years. I think it might be just your bad luck. |

For the money, you just can't beat these Acer monitor deals from Staples.
I'll be getting two tomorrow for family members, and maybe one more for backup. |

Never had to deal with their CS so i don't know. But these units had been pretty reliable.

hmmm.. so..Acer asks us to pay $30 shipping for RMA even though it's still under warranty? because other company provides a prepaid shipping tag for free...

They definitely have thinner LED monitors now...this one isn't all that thin for having an external AC adapter. And it's your typical TN monitor. But the price is right if you get it for $65AC. |

As for monitors specifically, I'm pretty sure Dell pays for return shipping for the customer. Which other companies do? |
