I really wanted the Cheryville Intel 520 but it doesn't want to come down in price also was considering the Mushkin DX but this M4 is so stable on my Thinkpad I am going to have to go with this one, I been checking the prices almost 4 days day and night now

Although this is a great reliable drive with rave reviews everywhere I think I'm going to wait on the Samsung 830 256gb SSD to drop below $270. 256GB M4 is an awesome drive, I love mine. Win Server 2008 in a VM in W7 runs blistering fast on my i7 notebook. Benchmarks at 500+MB/s (SATAIII)

Can't believe this isn't getting more love. $260 for the 256GIG version is a steal!
Just ordered one - will be my first SSD and my main HDD in my soon to be built Ivy Bridge new build. Oh man I can't wait. Luis, I think your house must have a room filled with nothing but SSD drives.
