fyi- this "class" action lawsuit (an oxymoron in this day and age) is apparently because of inconsistencies in the nutriutional value actually found in the products vs. the claims on the label.

damn, I bought $40 worth of vita coco from Amazon on August 6, 2007 - just 4 days short of eligible dates. oh well, no loss here. the coconut water was great and worth the price.

Thanks - bought 4 containers of this from local grocery store. Tasted terrible on its own, so used it in smoothies just to get rid of it. Repped and TU.
