spent about $300 on vitacoco since 2010, all from amazon. saved a few invoices as pdf and in for product vouchers upto $36.

I did not filed for Baby Einstein, but did file for Sears lawn mower. I filed in May 2010 for $25, received a notice in Nov 2011 requesting another refiling. I received a settlement check of $10.19 in May 2011 (a year later). |

i had it awhile ago, and never bought it the second time. it doesn't even taste like CC water!. "100% pure coconut water" it's BS!. lawsuit?? hehhehe.... only in America

what are the odds of winning in a small claims? imagine making out like that lady who sued honda for wrongful mileage when she opted out of the class action lawsuit. i got warned because everyone else went off topic.

I've bought plenty of VitaCoco before, but this settlement represents quite a bit of what I hate about America, so I won't be taking part in it.

All of the people posting what they dislike about America and lawyers and lawsuits and bunnies and camel toes and paper cuts and Suzuki jeeps are super annoying (
 ). Just like any other "deal," keep it moving if you aren't interested in the offer. Crowding the board with rants from your soapbox is just a waste of our time and your effort, as no one is dissuaded from participating as a result. Sheesh...
