I bought a Tenda wifi dongle for my desktop to connect to my wireless router. I see the network but it will not successfully connect. I have windows 7 and both the router and adapter are g/n compatible. I have tried all of the windows 7 troubleshooting tips with no luck. Can anyone help? Much appreciated.
I use windows security.

Reason: Name change
It never hurts to reinstall the drivers, but if OP can see the wireless network, that leads me to believe it may be a security issue.
If using Windows to manage WiFi, then double click the wireless icon (down by the system clock, bottom right), click on Change the Order of Preferred networks, and remove all the profiles listed in the box under Preferred Networks. Then close the window and try to reconnect to the wireless. Also, you should probably log into the router (via hardwired connection) and make sure you are typing in the correct password.
I believe I've found the solution to obesity in America. Hemispherectomy....no one uses it anyway.
