I bought it for $1450 from the amazon warehouse about 6 weeks ago. It's a pretty good tv, don't be fooled by the internet apps though, a simple $75 western digital live box will give you all those functions and more so. The 3d is good. I only bought it because I had a $500 dollar amazon gift card from a previous slickdeals post about a chase southwest credit card. My previous tv was a 2 year old VIZIO LED LCD. The panasonic is a lot better, and noticeably brighter. When it all comes down to it, if you have the money, buy it, if not...I wouldn't waste it on a tv.

Its marked at 1354$ now. I think its a very slick deal at this price.
