Two thumbs down..... one for Bose products in general (mostly overhyped, overpriced junk) and one for Cowboom, one of the worst "refurbished" product re-sellers in existence. I've ordered three "refurbished" products from Cowboom in the past, and I've had to send two of the products back because they didn't work at all.

It's my opinion that Cowboom's refurbishing operation consists of people returning products to Best Buy, Best Buy Shipping them to CowBoom, Cowboom visually grading and inventorying the accessory's, and then Cowboom re-listing the said product for sale with a Cosmetic grade and accessory list.
