Yesterday and Today I have used this trade in many times.

Yesterday when trying it out for the first time, I went to the first mobile target and with no questions asked, I traded in 4 games. Then I went to a second target and traded in 6.

Today, I went to a third, fourth, and fifth store and traded in 6 at each of them. And 4 more at the first store again.

I traded in a total of 34 games consisting of Xbox, Xbox360, PS, PS2 and PS3. No games of mine were denied, though many were not in the system.

At only the fifth store, I was told that the associate had a sales conference call that limited the trade in to two games, but I insisted that he see the target flyer and offered to call the main office for him. He finally called his regional manager and was told that the only limit was the coupon was only good until midnight and the new game's price must be $29.99 or more.

I looked at all the coupons that I received and all the bar codes were the same, and the coupon did not have to be used at the store where I traded in the game.

I traded in for the following:

5x Uncharted 3 (PS3)
3x Modnation Racers (Vita)
3x Black Eyed Peas The Experience (Xbox Kinect)
3x Sonic Generations (Xbox 360)
2x Assassins Creed Revealations (Xbox 360)
with a total cost of $160

and traded 12 of them back to BestBuy (3 different stores) for a total of $297 ($177 profit) which I plan on turning into amazon or itunes giftcards.

The last 4 (2x Assassins Creed and 2xUncharted 3) I traded back to Amazon for $71.80.

So a total trade in value of $368.80 and a profit of $208.80 which I will probably spend on amazon and my games cabinent is finally free of games that I never played.

Went back to my Target, it's always the same b1@# girl at the Mobile. She is a liar, plain and simple.

I only went twice this week. First time I mentioned the promo game option and she said no, they got an email saying that is incorrect. Then, I went back today after you all said it was showing up on the screen - sure enough, clearly at top of screen it says to enter promo game. I point it out to her and she says "oh, that is a mistake, they are going to remove that but haven't done it yet", I say that doesn't make sense and it wasn't there a couple days ago. She keeps making more excuses. She then says that even if she selects the promo game, it won't work at the end - I ask if she can try that again for me in case it works this time, she says no.

I ask to call the DM and she says she doesn't know his # and I have to call the customer service # and he calls her back on the phone - liar. I keep mentioning it clearly says it on the promo, says she's not going to get fired for trying it for me, etc. etc.

Why do the bad employees have to sit there and lie and make up excuses all the time? Just straight up say you aren't following the promo and you don't care what I say.

gotta give props to a couple guys in knoxville targets. only got two at first location due to incredibly slow computer. went across 640 to another which worked a lot faster but only got three since they were out of several BB money makers or ones i wanted to keep. no hassle whatsoever, and both said they would do as many as i wanted.
