CytoSport Muscle Milk class action settlement

Protein powders are some of the dirtiest "foods" on the planet. They use harsh chemicals to separate the proteins, and the whey they start with (milk sugar/protein) is a byproduct of the cheese manufacturing industry. Think about the big name whey companies, and if they would use a reputable source of whey to begin with, or just the filfthy byproduct waste from mass agriculture farms. It's another way for mass ag to sell their waste for more profit, feed it to weight lifters! That's why it's all marketed soooo hard making such unique claims, because the real difference between a couple of random whey proteins is next to nothing. They're all 99% the same, 1% difference in random flavor chemicals (usually fake, like acesulfame potassium, sucralose, etc) and put in a different colored tub, with different variations of XXXTREME and MASS PUMP HardCore!!! claims on the label.

i tried calling the number but it's all automated, trying to figure out if it's $20 max or $20 per container

sorry not sure, which option can you pick if you have the tub (mine is half done) it has the original wrapper/UPC but don't have the receipt ?

What is the nature of this settlement? Why do they have to pay back? People just want to get cash without any reasons.

No receipt with UPCs and lot stamping would be option 4 - you get the $20.

Dump the rest in a tupperware and cut out the barcode AND the part that has the date/lot# stamped on it.

a) pour out the rest and mail back the empty canister with UPC and date/lot#
or
b) pour the rest into a smaller container and cut what's necessary and ship them?
