EP45-UD3P/9800 GX2 Stuck in Boot Loop [HELP]

I meant newer build then my current. I got this newer computer from a trade.

UPDATE:

So I hooked up my old motherboard all back up together and the GX2 runs fine on it... I knew it was gonna be like that. I am going to try 1 more thing then I'm finished. I'm gonna install the chip set drivers that I never installed when I was testing it all out.

The chipset drivers are essential to the communications between various components in your computer, so in theory, one might be sure that's the problem, but on the other hand, I have never had a PC with a graphics card that got caught in a boot loop because it didn't have the chipset installed. I hope for your sake that it works, but it would be quite unusual, IMO.
Imagine the predicament one would be in, if he didn't have integrated graphics nor a spare video card as you do, and couldn't get the machine booted up, to install the chipset.
It would be virtually impossible to ever get the system going.
Like I said, I really hope it works for you, but I ain't holding my breath.

Thanks for having my support and helping me with this so far. I'm about to go mess around with it more shortly.
