A new iOS app released in the App Store this weekend called, “TV English Premium” allows users to watch premium TV stations without a subscription. Most of the channels on the app are english-centric and include BBC Two, Three, Four, BBC HD, and Eurosport channels, but there are some native USA channels too including: History HD, National Geographic HD, ESPN HD.

According to 9to5mac, the developer has now switched all premium content over to an ad.

Update: As expected, this is not what it seems. Looks like the developer switched all of the advertised premium content over to an ad for futobox. Premium content vendors take note: people are willing to pay for good streaming content.

Go through the "support lane" and select "iTunes store" -> "purchases, billing, etc" -> my topic is not listed -> enter the issue -> then make sure to put the app name and the order number (which you can get from your account info in iTunes under purchase history). -> complain and ask for refund

just bought it and it is working ad advertised. I cant imagine how this is legal. Watching Planet of the APes on Film4 tv and it is listed at showing at 17.00 hrs on their website so it appears to be live. and it is clear and not buffering on wifi so far Repped OP

If this keeps working it will be awesome for live premiership games. at 99 cents its worth the risk for me even if they eventually pull it.

that happened on a couple of channels that didnt have any specific show listed under it.i think those channels are "offline" at the moment and that is just an advert video "watch HD TV online" Try one of he ones that have a show listed in grey and smaller print under it and those show up instantly

Sometimes a I see a quick popup that says something about server full before the app exits.

Anyone that has a JB apple tv and xbmc know that just because a channel works on the supertv or livetv plugin today does not mean that it will work tomorrow unless the link for the channel is updated. I'm not sure that it's the same situation here but it's definitely something to keep in mind!
