There are no booking sites that included resort fees. If you want to avoid paying a resort fee, you should stay at a CET property which includes Bally's, Harrah's, Ceasar's, Imperial Palace, Bill's and Rio. I would not recommend staying at the Strat. While that's a bargain price, it's reaaaaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy far down the strip. You will spend most of your time either waiting for the bus or driving your rental car to other hotels. Besides, the Strat is a dump. If you're going to stay at a dump, at least stay at Bill's or the Imperial Palace. At least you'll be close to other hotels.

If price was such an issue, I'd consider staying downtown at the Golden Nugget. We stayed there last month and were so happy with our stay there. It was a lovely hotel with very clean rooms, nice public areas and within walking distance to at least ten other casinos. On Orbitz right now, a flight from MSY to LAS and a room at the Nugget is $567. The worst rooms at the Nugget are nicer than the best rooms at the Strat. IMO, the location is better too. There are no resort fees at the Golden Nugget.
