I bought one the week it came out. It's finally at the point that the firmware is stable enough that I would recommend it. Wireless may be hit or miss depending on range/interference but wired is very stable.

I second that. I just installed 2 of these with cable cards and tuning adapters. All working quite well. Install was also almost painless.

I don't need more than three tuners, so which is better the HDHomerun or the Ceton Infinitv 4? I'm so confused. lol

Unfortunately, it does not have DVR capabilties, like the more expensive HDHR3-6CC-3X2 model, so you have to leave a computer on 24/7 to record.

For me, all I want is a simple and cheap DVR with an ATSC tuner, without subscription, so that I can record my favorite over-the-air shows manually, like I did 30 years ago with a VCR. I don't need a program guide, and can simply set the timer manually with a show's channel, date, and time.

Why is this 30 year old capability so expensive > $400 these days?
