Most people are getting the 7200 rpm version of the drive if they order online. Some who buy in-store are getting the 5900 rpm model so the rotational speed is YMMV.
Also - the mods removed the coupon link I had in the OP.
You can use eJunkie or other sources to get a $25 off $75 or $25 off $100 coupon (this is the least expensive).
Or Google search:
site:e-junkie.com staples 25 off 100 0.55 asap
And it will return a link to the cheap coupon

In for one! Thanks and REPPED OP! Been waiting for price to come down since the aftermath of the Thailand flood. Last time this exact Seagate drive was the same price as $85 was back in December 2011, unless you count the older model 2TB of this exact drive, which was $55 when it went slickdeals.
Used the 25 off 100 coupon from ejunkie and still got Free shipping from Staples. |
