You don't mention it, but does dropbox support all those?

Hi, no, not all, I was listing the shortcomings, which would have made this much better than dropbox if Microsoft somehow included these.

However out of six I listed, 3 is available with Dropbox (which is why I said Three major)

I'd like to know as well....giving 25GB hardly seems like treating early adopters in any negative fashion.

With one (or three) major and a few minor shortcomings:
1) No collaboration (you cannot share a folder with 10 co-workers and let them edit)
2) You still need to keep all your folders in skydrive folder (cannot sync an existing system that's already in place without modifying my documents or other libraries)
3) No version support, old files are deleted immediately, so if you delete by mistake, you are out of luck.
4) Sync is slower than dropbox. Once you delete a file, it takes a while to get updated on server, edit/remove/modify, etc.. So if you shut down in few minutes, it won't be updated on server.
5) No indicator, you don't know if the file is being synced or not. makes #4 above stand out more.
6) No streaming. Why not offer streaming music player online? "Online Windows Media Player" So user's music library can be available everywhere.. They allow movies to be played back, why not mp3 files? Would be a HUGE plus over Amazon with only 5 GB storage.. or google music..

If you are not a power user, just want to keep your homework, reports, etc receipts or personal documents, it is pretty darn good, otherwise dropbox might be a better solution.
