I also had issues checking out with credit card and somehow the order got submitted 4 different times, but not one of them was charged (confirmed later as well) and they promptly emailed in response to my concerns about those orders. The part about the images potentially not matching the actual different batches doesn't bother me too much, as long as the hardware specs are the same. It's not like this has an aluminum case. It'll probably end up being a different color or one plastic case substituted for another.

None of what you said proves they are a legit company and any company that has credit card and paypal problems I stay away from.

Good/bad company: who cares? For just a few more dollars you can get a Nook color refurb. Easy choice unless of course you think that "1.5ghz" is the only indicator of performance... and you don't care about screen quality, build quality, warranty, development community, bluetooth, wifi N, google market....

This site used to be greatSKU.com, previously they were fadbus.com, and before that pickegg. They sell used and/or refurbished stuff as if it was new, sometimes you're lucky and get good stuff, most of the time you don't. I haven't made any purchase with this new name, that's why I'm giving them two stars and the benefit of the doubt; but they're probably the same sh*t they used to be under the other names.

here's a link to more pictures of the white color version "C" since they mention different batches. Apparently the white one has an aluminum backing. I don't think the black one does, so let's hope they ship the white one. I still haven't received mine but that's expected with shipping from China. Like I said, I'll report on their legitimacy once it arrives and I can confirm the hardware specs.

it goes without saying that I'm not advocating you purchase from this website whose url has been blocked for unknown reasons by admin but to look at the pictures of the item

as promised, here are some pros and cons now that I've finally received this tablet

Pros:
no lag (the A10 CPU is smooth)
screen quality is pretty good, both color and touchscreen responsiveness
really dig the 4:3 screen for browsing
comes rooted and with play store
has a surprisingly nice aluminum back casing
the batch I got was identical to the advertised picture
lightweight and well-built feeling (doesn't hurt my arm when reading/watching lying down in bed holding it up)

Cons:
battery not lasting as long as desired/expected (3.5 hrs with WIFI, hoped for 4~5 at least)
despite advertising up to 1.5Ghz speed, setCPU only maintains stability up to 1.3Ghz, it can reach 1.5Ghz but it's really unstable
screen brightness has to be on max with the lights on.
Google's play store is accessible but currently not compatible with Netflix nor and most importantly and most egregious of all, does NOT support FLASH
It came with FLASH 11.1 pre-installed but doesn't work and I've tried installing a bunch of other versions but to no avail. I'm currently communicating with their tech/customer support to resolve this issue since that's it's the main reason I got this item (to watch videos) which is a dealbreaker for me . If I am able to resolve this, I'm keeping it...otherwise I'm sending it back for a refund/exchange. I'll let u guys know how it turns out.
