Just bought one not expecting something great but a volleyball alone is easy $10 bucks

Cheap badminton sets are hard to come by, quality regardless.
If you're into badminton, this net is better than no net lol

Does it really not come with polls? I don't think we can rely on the fact that there are polls in the picture. Was going to buy this but can't pull the trigger if it doesn't come with polls.

Here's another one on walmart.com that explicitly says polls and it's the same price. Looks just as good. What am I missing?

That set that you link to doesn't "explicitly" state it comes with poles... I can't find a single mention of the word "pole" on that link... Besides, while it doesn't look bad, it doesn't look "as good" as the set the Op posted. As someone else mentioned however, either set is $19, which seems like a pretty good price.

Besides.... If the one set doesn't come with everything (and more) that you want, return the thing -- you're already at the store for pick-up, so it's quite easy to return. I suppose if you had to pay for shipping to home, it'd be a different story, but for me -- I'll pick it up and do some shopping of items as to ensure it's not a "wasted" trip.

Those poles bend, and are some kind of hard, sturdy, but bendable plastic. Looks like the ones i have.
