bought these a while back when they were 29.99. For some reason, the company refunded my CC, so i got them for free. They are great headphones, esp when they are free!

I bought these when they were $20 at VMInnovations. Came within 2 days. It took me a week or so to really start hearing the lows on these, but the sound quality isn't bad. I usually used these during the winter and doubled as earphones and they seem to be in great shape still.

I bought these when they were going for $20 a while ago and I may be one of the few people who isn't terrible impressed with these headphones. The cable was short and flimsy and the construction just seemed sub par. $20 seems about right considering what you are getting in return. I recently purchased the Brainwavz HM3 http://slickdeals.net/f/4229606-B...s-39-50-FS and was far more impressed with those headphones on all accounts (sound, construction etc). If you're in the market for headphones at the $20-25 range then these are worth the price. Repp to the OP for the good find.

Just got mine in the mail a bit ago. Pumped some U2 through them. Sound good for <$19 (after I used my $5 'we're sorry' credit).

Received mine today. Just now unpacked them and listening to Ryan Adams "Ashes & Fire" (great album). These sound very good. Plenty of bass already out of these. Overall a nice neutral, Sennheiser sound that I like. Very comfortable too. These were a steal for $23.

I have never liked sennheiser and I never will. This is the last time I'll buy them (hopefully).
It sits on my head too tight. I feel I'm suffocating. Its squeezing my head and it gives me a headache. I should just buy another Sony MDR-V300, its very comfortable and very light and sounds great. The sound is muffled and very limited compared to my old Sony headphones. Why should breaking in even be required? They should ship the product and it should be ready to use. Breaking them in (suggested somewhere) isn't going to solve the comfort issue. And there's no reason for having flimsy wiring on such a heavy piece of equipment. The wire is really short too, about 4.5 feet. Usually big headphones like this have longer and more durable wires because if a user has made the choice to use big headphones like this, they dont care if the wire is thicker or longer. So what kind of company would design such a product? That's why I hate them. It always seem to be that these guys focus more on style and looks and ignore what is important: How it sounds and is it comfortable? Some people love them so to each his own. I completely hate this company. They're a wanna-be headphones company, that's all they are. I don't care what anyone else says. EDIT: Oh yea, look at the tiny size of the CHEAP speaker they used in it: http://cdn.head-fi.org/c/c5/c5f75..._2311.jpeg That is sennheiser for you! There you go. I hate these people more than anything. This is the same kind of speaker you would find on the cheapest small headphones you can buy. This is what they do. This is what this company is all about. I made the mistake again, hopefully not again. The price for the deal was really good though, since its going for $50 (also refurbished) right now on other sites.
