Sorry, but you're wrong. This is not a $250 camera. This camera can be had, in bulk, for barely over $100, which is why so many sellers on eBay and Craigslist have each for around $150.

Check out the link I posted in the first reply. Plenty were sold within the last two days between $140 and $165.

I don't buy cameras in bulk, but wholesalers do, such as some eBay sellers who have tens of thousands of ratings.

I honestly do not want this deal. At this point, the only point-and-shoot camera I would purchase within the next eight months is a Canon PowerShot S100.

I could have gotten in on this deal if I wanted to; I saw this thread within seconds of it being posted and even posted a reply of my own 11 minutes after it was posted (I usually only view threads when they're first posted and before they're popular), and considered it for a couple minutes. Then I did the research, went through cash back sites, read a few reviews, and then decided that this camera isn't worth it at this price point even as a secondary camera. I'm sure this is a great deal for some people out there, but it just isn't for me.

I never said it was a bad deal; check out my first reply. I used the same exact words you did, that it is a "good deal." Do I think it's outrageously hot? No. Do I personally want the camera? No, which is why this deal wasn't for me. But yes, this deal may be favored by many others.
