I ordered the X31's from Newegg from one of her previous posts and just in case anyone is wondering they come in new packaging and look brand new. I have not experienced any issues connecting to XBOX Live and only minor occasional popping which is easily fixed by shutting down and turning back on the head set. There are instructions and if you read them when setting up your unit you can avoid a lot of the complaints people write in their reviews... Again my experience is with the X31's, but they receive many of the same functional complaints as the X41's.
