Picca! My 17 yo DD is definitely my mini me as she always searches SD before making online purchases. She always asks me if I have coupons for items she needs to buy at our local retailers. She's one smart cookie!

I have a similar story to tell. A girlfriend of mine used to think I was "cheap" because I clipped coupons and bought vouchers online. One night we went out to eat and HOLY CRAP she offered to pay. (That was a miracle in itself) After she put the money in the book, I picked it up, took 2 20 dollar bills out of the book and put them into my pocket. She looked at me baffled and asked what I was doing. I then placed two restaurant dot com meal vouchers and told her let's go. She kept telling me to give her the money back but I refused. It got the point across -- after she got over her tantrum the next day, she asked how I could get a $50 meal for $10. We used vouchers ever after.
