This game is very underrated. I can't stand it when people bash the Resistance series; they're all great games IMO!

Having played all the Resistance games, I have to say the ending is very disappointing. Numerous plot holes are left unfilled, and other highly mysterious factors such as the Cloven and Gray Tech aren't even mentioned. The ending is also Deus Ex Machina-like, with one event simply ending the story without so much an explanation as to how it caused the ending. It's even more disappointing when taking the series as a whole and looking back at the heroic actions of past protagonists. Their actions end up doing squat, as England still got invaded despite R1, America still got sacked despite R2, and I guess in R3 they had to make it count, even if it went without so much an explanation. So all in all, just expect fantastic gunplay and level design though Resistance 3 almost commits story suicide. I feel the developers just got tired of the Resistance universe.
