I'm curious how rewards gold works as well...

I filled everything out to "make an account", but I have no way to login and I never received an e-mail from them. When trying to signup for other offers you can click that you already have an account and it takes you back to the same page to fill out all of your information again instead of logging in. Is this normal?

If you do a password recovery, it says your email is not found.

Hmm...I want to say it's a scam, but from all of the posts about it in the free magazines forum many say it works...

Hopefully someone can shed some light on it for us so we know how to use it properly.

Rewardsgold do work. I signed up when they did not use email address as id but gave ID number. I did not get the number in the email. So I emailed support and got it the next day.

Afterward I was able to sign in using the id (no pass was needed). Now you can sign in using email. If you don't have it, email support.

However you don't need to sign up. Just click on the link and fill out the survey, use some fake email to send to friend and some review. you got yourself a mag after 6-8 weeks.

Not a scam for me...I've been using RG for years.

I actually very rarely sign into my account at RG. I just use the form form the link here at SD's, or via my email addy that I registered at RG. I fill out the info and I get my magazines. Sometimes I will go into my account and purchase magazines, but very rarely.

Sometimes I'll use a temp email email address instead of the one I have registered at RG (and I always use temp email address and fake names for my 'friends' that I'm referring).

There have been others that have had trouble with their account activating here at SD. You sign up and then a day or two later they send you an email to activate your password...but some folks weren't getting those pw emails. Perhaps give it a few more days? If you still can't get in, contact their customer service?

You all are right. I did get an e-mail saying I will get another e-mail eventually to setup my password. I signed up to get a few mags so hopefully they come.

I had the same issues when I signed up for RewardsGold. It took about 2 weeks or more to get a log in email. I also got concerned it was a scam and had given up hope on getting any free magazine. However, I have so far sucessfully gotten 2 subscriptions to Martha Stewart Living and one to the Economist. I just signed up for a few more today, and hoping to give our dear US postal service some more much needed work!

Just Disable your Javascript and try the direct link again. It works.
