My Intel 520 120GB is much faster then my Crucial M4 64GB . I want something fast for my Desktop, I just installed a new motherboard last night and since I din't have the braket I just Threw the Crucial m4 you can see its just hanging in there lol

Nice setup. You should pickup some 2.5" to 3.5" mounting bracket adapters on eBay, good to keep around for when you need them and adding SSD to desktop brackets and bays.

Seems like a good deal, hope they keep dropping...

Might look ugly but it is what you originally wanted in the amazon link you posted, just in grey heh. Either way, I think I may get a mushkin one just to have around. Originally I was wanting to show you just the first one but then saw the mushkin while searching. Having the solid bottom without any cutouts seems kind of hot, maybe a few holes drilled in will help...

You can't compare two different size SSD. Obviously, the larger one will have the better performance. Anyway, there isn't much difference in real world performance except for benchmark. Personally, I am rocking an 830 and I am loving it like a FAT kid at McDonald's. Don't know about Intel with Sandforce, but I rather not take my chance.

Or you could save some money and use velcro or double sided tape.

SSD's don't spin or vibarte, they don't need firm mounting. They need a tiny amount of cooling, so I wouldn't wrap it in tape, but otherwise, there's really no need for a mounting bracket.
