This unit gets good reviews and has worked great for me for the last 3 months, cooling a medium sized room (16x14ft). Some of the older reviews talk about some issues with the units clogging, but it seems like these have been addressed in the newer model, according to other reviewers and my experience.
I got it when it was at regular price. Went to costco today and bought it, then returned it with the old receipt.
This deal is published in Costco booklet but does not require you to bring coupon, instant rebate is applied automatically.
Not only is a great price IMO, but is covered under Costco's lifetime return policy.
This item is not in their website, B&M only.

Link for reference [costco.com] since $50 instant back appears to be in store only. Also title claims 12,500 BTU 4-in-1, which I haven't been able to find any indication of existing (link is for 12,000 stated BTU, probably still the right product given the price points listed)

This thing is heavy, must have weight at least 80lb+
I am also surprised to see that the fan blows real HARD at the lowest setting. This AC unit looks nice & works really well. But it is moderately loud even at the lowest setting.
Comes with two storage bags. One for the AC unit, and the other one for the accessories.

I originally got it because I lived in an apartment building where the super would only turn on the building's A/C after the first really HOT day. We would have 5 or so 90 degree days. Finally, it hit 95 and he would turn it on! However, since the rent included all utilities, I could run this baby anytime the bedroom felt hot. Would recommend them for rentors who live in buildings where all utilities are included.
I actually have 2 units. The first older one (about 10 years old) needs to drain via a mini pipe. The reservoir fills up after 5 hours. A newer one (7 years old) doesn't have that problem. They fixed that issue with the newer model. Both still work. I live in a house now so I have them in an attic. I will power them on when I need to work up there since my house's AC can't cool those areas. Also, I will run them in summer months when I work in the garage. However, they are pretty heavy so it is hard to take them up/down the stairs.
