Intel i5-3570K $189.99 @ Microcenter, in-store only
Compare to 2500K for 179.99 @ Microcenter, or same processor @ Newegg for $250.
$50 off any Z77 motherboard with purchase, according to an ad (only 3570K).
Other Ivy Bridge CPUs (all in-store):
i5-3450 - $160
i7-3770 - $260
i7-3770K - $290

Note that higher prices are for online orders.

It's not available quite yet. They're scheduled for release on the 29th, so within the next couple hours they should be activated, or tomorrow morning. Also, the prevailing opinion seems to be that there will be plenty in stock and no need to fret about ordering ASAP. But who really knows.
