you miss the point, dont really care to explain. when appraisers laugh at peoples vehicles after having seen them...i think its best if you buy one.

I think the average driver goes over 12k miles per year. I've never leased before but this does not fit my needs. I think you'll be babying the car if you lease it.

Great deal OP! I'm sure you can find complaints about every single car on the market. In the end, it's everyone's personal decision. Hondas have a great track record for reliability...sure there are some that have messed up, but I'm sure that percentage is less than most other cars.

Does anyone know the Residual Value, and Money Rate this dealer is using for this lease. Using the current Honda lease numbers of .00065 and 57%, my numbers don't even come close to this rate, even taking a bunch off the MSRP. What am I missing.

Taxes and insurance kill this deal. Seriously. I am in NC. 3% is the road use tax for year 1 ($600) and then you have to get full collision insurance, about $800/year ($another 66/month) with a good driving record. Better to buy used, pay cash and avoid these add-ons.
