2012 Honda Accord SE $109/Month 1500 Down 36 months
Deal DetailsLast Edited by widgit April 29, 2012 at 01:12 PM
For some people this may be a good option to lease it and then buy it in the end. That way you do not have to pay ~21k in the beginning.
For others this is good deal to lease.
$109/month with $1500 down
The SE model has leather and heated seats, alloy wheels, etc...
IF YOU LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE: Go to the dealer and take a print out. You will be surprised how much dealerships melt at the sight of a sale at the end of the month.
Critical Doc fee info by state:
THE DEAL IS BACK BEING 10 DOLLARS MORE EXPENSIVE. STILL A GOOD DEAL IMO
HFS is NOT making the first month's payment for May leases. So, we are back to 36 payments, not 35.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE GOTTEN THE EX VERSION AND THE LX VERSION AT SIMILAR PRICES
HIdy Honda in Beavercreek is willing to replicate the deal for someone I know.
AT LEAST ONE MORE SLICKDEALER WAS SUCCESSFUL AT HIDY HONDA
new info (from Castrucci's sales dude):
$2455 out the door required
$109 + tax or ~116/month
approximately 6515 total paid for the lease (HIGHLY DOUBTFUL, YMMV)
250 doc fee (max allowed in Ohio)(not required)
115 reg fees
residual 57% (14053 / 24700 msrp)
mf .00065 (approx. 1.56%)
Honda finance (AHFC) makes the first payment up to $500
from edmunds dot com:
There is $1000 (1250 in some areas) dealer cash incentive on Accord leases this month
No matter how you slice it, this deal is at least $600 better than anything i can find or calculate. Something DEFINITELY does not add up!
Nogo in Beaverton, OR. They would do $2500 out of pocket + $198/mth. This is with the $1250 dealer incentive.
