CVS May 2012 Monthly ECB Deals

Looks like the Banana Boat is going to be about 6.99 (from the wiki) and buy $25, get 10 ECB. So that would be 28 bucks, minus the 4 x $2 Hang tags and the 10 ECB, so they would be about 2.50 each (with some carry over I guess). Is this about normal for a good price on sunscreen?

I've been trying to watch it and I think there was a way that it was about 2 bucks at Wags a couple weeks/months ago, but I've not seen it cheaper. I am going to start needing a lot after memorial day, so if it doesn't normal get to FAECB, I will probably take the plunge here.

You could split it up and add some other items to your transactions so that you can use a $4/20 or just do all in one and use a $4/20 to lower OOP.

I don't typically mess with trying to get the random 4/20s that people get. I'm sure it's not hard to do, I just have not done it. I should probably look into it, since it's free money, but I guess the point still stands that if sunscreen is something that doesn't usually go into "free after" mode, then this is probably the best price for me to stock up with some.

Yeah, it's rare to get sunscreen for free, and if we do, it's usually only a tube or so. If you need it soon, $2.50/EA is about as good as it gets.

Banana boat was 7.99 everywhere tonight, so I may try that and give it a go later this month. For now I realized that banana boat appears to be 9.50 at Wags and is bogo, so I can get two bottles for 5.50 after two hangtags, so I will probably do that this weekend.

Will my total for the Schick deal roll over to next week ? I still need 4.50 more and I would like to roll it into a transaction next week. I dont want to blow it if it doesnt though. TIA! Also, Ive only seen $1 hang tags on the H Tropic I guess they have already been picked over

Does anyone know how much the small boxes of Playtex are? I see the large boxes are $7.99. I can't get to CVS right now and I'm trying to plan out a senerio for the deal. I would appreciate any help!

They are $5.29 here. This is a fairly high-cost area, so maybe cheaper in other areas. The bogo Q is max. value of $5.99, don't know if it auto-deducts $5.99 if long barcode is scanned.

sigh. I needed $13.46 to complete the Schick monthly&weekly deal so today I bought $15.98 worth (tagged Hawaiian Tropic sunscreen lotion) and the tracking apparently reset. I bought some for the ECB 2 days ago, so still within the week. I did notice the register was super slow with processing, and my receipt shows that my card was used but interestingly enough I don't see any of this weeks' ECB tracking except the Schick.

Is something wrong with the Schick monthly ECB? This would've been my 2nd $10 Schick ECB if it had worked. What should I do? I'm down to $0.75 ECB so I don't think I want to just 'eat' this transaction (i.e., let it slide). I want that $10 ECB to get HP ink. -_-

I think I read that registers were offline most of the day. Every coupon I used today, beeped. Maybe it will reset tomorrow, otherwise call CS and they can issue you the ECB.

ah, thanks! I didn't know we could actually call CS for an issue of the ECB.

So today I went in to buy HP ink and to get the free body wash, and on my receipt it said I had $52.xx towards the Schick deal and the next amount I need to earn a reward was $25. :/ No sign of that second $10ECB anywhere.

Those darn tissue covers are hard to come by.
