This was the first and last time I buy anything from sony. I e-mailed sales and tech support and they kept sending me to their RMA page which told me I'm responsible for return shipping costs. I called their tech support and they said theyre out of remotes but I'm in queue and hopefully in a month I'll get a replacement... I tried to call sales but I was on hold for quite some time and gave up. I disputed the order on paypal hoping to get their attention.
