Haven't gotten my coupon from last years.. Thought was a scam didn't even bother to write them, but since it's Sears, do you think I can get mine from last years promotion?

went to sears, there was one 65in ball but the cashier said the coupon won't work for it because its only valid for the older version balls, there were many 55in balls (old version) but i passed because its too small anyways

anyone else had this problem?
im just gona check a different sears, their inventory count online seems to be way out of line unless employees are hiding the balls

My error, Didn't look at my own post - don't know why that part was bold. I don't go for stuff like that at a Sears store.

not quite sure what your cashier meant, but there are 3 sizes for the balls, 55/65/75 in, and the coupon works for all size. I got the 65 in (blue). My store has only 1 version, but with different sizes and colors. Make sure the brand and name are correct; otherwise, coupon should work.

Went to Sears today to get it. I go to the first cashier and the coupon was in their system as expired. I am guessing Sears decided not to honor it any longer. I did get the $12.99 75 size, it was just being blocked in the system.

I went to another register and some other person (probably a manager) did an over-ride.

I'm a bit sour Sears tried to pull this BS on us after the fact. You want to put coupons out there fine, just cap them at a certain level then.
