$10 P&G Mail In Rebate when you spend $50 starting 4/29/12

It seems they are calling to have it resubmitted. There was a similar problem last year when some Olay soap or lotion items hadn't been added to the rebate company's UPC list. This reads like a similar problem. The posts started with #269, but my thread starts with most recent posts on the last page, which is why I included a link. I haven't sent mine in yet. The form states that I have until June 5th and I only have $28.88 toward the $50 so far.

I got mine today with the prepaid card and everything approved. I think I used Venus Proskin razors, Venus/Olay cartridges, and Olay facial cleanser.

I have a silly question - the fine print says that I am approved to make purchases that do not exceed $10. Does that mean I have to use it on a lone transaction that is exactly $10, or I can use it to take $10 off a $20 (or whatever) purchase? Will I break the card if I try to do the latter? Thanks, this is the first time I've gotten a rebate card like this.

It's easiest if your transaction is less than or exactly $10. If over $10, the cashier has to put in exactly how much is on the card. It can get annoying if you don't keep track of much is left. I have not been able to use it online if my purchase is not the exact amount because most sites don't let you do a split payment. To avoid a hassle, I have used them many times to purchase a gc to a site/store I use all the time for the exact amount.

You can ask the cashier to charge exactly $10 on the card. What I do is:
1. Use for internet transactions that require a credit card-makes those LivingSocial deals worry free.
2. Use for smaller transactions at stores
3. Put the balance on a phone or internet bill online (since this card actually has your address attached to it). I've used a penny toward a bill before.
or
Just buy a $10 GC for a store I go to and use that gift card.

Did anyone have a low OOP and still got the rebate card? I read in other places people had this rebate denied because they used coupons.

I just got it today, but first it was rejected for being under $50 and I called and it was put through.

I think my OOP was about $40, but I got several Target gift cards back and there were other items on the transaction.

Anyone know if where I can check on my status? My rebate was rejected, wanted to see if I can check online that everything is ok. It needs to be re-verified.

I bought on Amazon and put the receipts on the back to save on postage... I even put receipt on back but they didn't check.

Hi, do they mail you your papers back if you got rejected ? I submitted right at the postmark deadline, and am curious if it went through ok.

They mail the rebate form back with a letter. They dont' send back receipts. They hold it, in case you decide to resubmit.
