First Aid kit with Save-A-Tooth ($25.00 + FS)
I was looking for some first aid kits to put into some rental properties (Just to go above and beyond... they're not required by law) and I saw these on Amazon.com.
The Complete First Aid Kit - Includes Save-A-Tooth, Exceeds ANSI Standards, 100% Made in USA [amazon.com]
The MSRP is supposed to be 39.95, which needs to be taken with a grain of salt. It probably normally goes for far less.
It includes niceties like a glow-stick (so you can be the coolest kid on the ambulance) and a foil emergency blanket (can be cut-up to make tin-foil hats).
However, the main reason that I think this is a good deal is because the Save-A-Tooth ALONE is 17 dollars. It also looks like one of those things that you never know you need until you lose a tooth. I can't say whether it is better or worse than old fashioned milk, but the reviews for it are promising.
Save-A-Tooth ® - Emergency Tooth Preserving System [amazon.com]
You can always get a better deal by buying a complete first aid kit, but having one item that is worth more than 2/3 the cost of the whole thing is a good deal in my book.
Made in the USA is a bonus.
The only thing that I would add to make it a true emergency kit is a full bottle of Midol.
