**Starts 5/1** Coca-Cola/Casey's General Store/Bass Pro Shops Sweepstakes and Instant Win (18+, limited states) 6/30/12

You will need to obtain a 10-digit code ("Code") to enter/play the Promotion. There are 2 ways to obtain a Code:
a. Visit a Casey's General Store and purchase a Coca-Cola® beverage in a 44 ounce custom cup, while supplies last. Locate the Code on the specially-marked cup.
b. Free Code: To obtain a Code without purchasing a Coca-Cola® beverage, follow the instructions below to request a Code.
i. Mail-In Free Code Request (available from April 21, 2012 through June 20, 2012): To request a Code, mail a 3"x5" piece of paper with your name, home mailing address, email address, day/evening phone numbers, and date of birth in an envelope with proper postage to "Coca-Cola/Casey's/Bass Pro Shops Sweepstakes and Instant Win – Free Code Request,” Dept 584458 PO Box 5046, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5046. All requests must be postmarked by June 20, 2012 and received by June 27, 2012. You will receive a Code via automated email that you may use to participate in the Promotion. Limit: 1 request per envelope.
ii. Online Free Code Request (available from June 21, 2012 at 12:00 a.m. ET through June 30, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. ET): To request a Code online, click link in rules, follow the links and instructions, and you will receive a Code via automated email that you may use to participate in the Promotion. Limit: 5 requests per day, regardless of method of request.
Timing: begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET"), May 1, 2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET, June 30, 2012
Limit: maximum total of 5 sweepstakes entries and 5 Instant Win Game plays per day
Eligibility: open only to legal residents of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, South Dakota, and Wisconsin who are at least 18 years old
