Looking for a deal on Skyrim for 360

If anyone can help me find a good deal on Skyrim for Xbox 360 I will be very grateful. Anything $50 and under would be considered a good deal in my opinion. Hopefully there's something out there. I would prefer a new copy, but I will also consider used if the price looks right.

P.S. I didn't really like Oblivion that much, but everyone I know seems to enjoy Skyrim, what are the major differences between the two?
