Dymatize Elite XT Protein - 4.4lbs $28.79 + Flat Rate or Free Shipping
http://www.muscleandstrength.com/...te-xt.html
Use coupon code ELITEXT10. (note: coupon only works on 4.4lb size)
This is a whey/milk/egg protein blend. No ratios are given but whey is the first ingredient listed.
Shipping is a flat $5.99 or free on orders over $99 and under 20lb (use coupon code FREESHIP99). Several other good deals are listed here - http://www.muscleandstrength.com/...romos.html
For the noobs, Dymatize is a trusted brand. As a protein blend this is ideal for pre/post workout. And yes, you read that right, believe it or not a blend is better than whey alone for both pre & post workout shakes.
Downside is we don't know exactly how much milk/egg protein is in there so it could be close to all whey. Countering that, Dymatize has said that their Elite Gourmet protein is a 50/50 whey & casein blend so I trust that they aren't pulling a fast one here. In fact, I bet if someone contacted them and asked they'd probably tell you what the ratio is for this too -- most companies won't tell you. (Are you listing Optimum Nutrition????)
