Even if you use the non orbital polishers correctly you are still wearing the clear coat off more hence seeing better results because you are into a clean level of clear.

I wouldn't do it that often, easy to make mistakes that are costly.

This polish with a random orbital is all the regular guy needs to have great results.

Sorry, didn't take the time to scan the bottle since OP said that the tags he had seen were showing $1.98. My bad; didn't even cross my mind at the time honestly, as I was just passing by.

If you were using Adams product line, I would say to start with the Swirl and Haze remover after claying the spot. I had a few spots on my new Pilot that wouldn't wash off, or come off with clay. They were all removed with the swirl and haze remover in the first pass. I didn't have to do a second pass on any sections of the car. It's largely spending the time to get that first initial job done to protect the entire car long term.

Meh. Look up Junkman2000 on YouTube, great series of detailing videos. As he said, the only way to damage a car's finish with the PC 7424 is to turn it upside down and power it up.
