Dang it!...saw the grinder attachment that I didn't want but missed this. This should have been FP instead of the water hose nozzle that a lot of people said was junk. Will this attachment hold up when used with stiffer doughs made from 100% whole grains?

Gosh, my order went through and they already charged my credit card but after seeing how late my estimated arrival date (June19-21) was, I chatted with an online rep and he said the item is out of stock and that my situation was "unusual" and has no idea when they'll be getting more to ship out -_-

Was just coming to this thread to see if anybody's order has shipped. Didnt notice until now the expected delivery date on my order is 5/30. A month for a pasta roller?? Seriously??

still not yet shipped. my email confirmation also say 5/30 but I remember when I placed the order it was 5/17...
even worse I went to sears.com to check the status and it gave me June 25th expected delivery... chat support isn't really helpful at all they told me to call 800-732-7747. haven't call yet but will try to give them a hard time later

Seemingly Sears won't ship it even when it's in stock now. Will they cancel it after having my money for 3 weeks?

Interesting conversation with SEARS rep: I just call again this number 18003494358 and they told me they are having a "research specialist" to track down my order and determine what's the problem. So I asked the guy if this is business as usual (telling us it's in stock but really they don't know if they have it or not.) and then he said "No sir" Naturally, I replied so there's a problem with my order? he then became very reluctant and said that that is what we are trying to figure out by having a "research specialist" find out what is the problem.... you know... what I really like to hear was " I'm sorry sir we screwed up let me make it up to you by shipping this thing overnight and be there by tomorrow." keep dreaming... |
