This particular branch of JP Morgan is situated in New York. (Just found that out yesterday.) I don't have many details at the moment.

You may want to look into Vanguard [vanguard.com] and Schwab [schwab.com] as other lower cost options to JP Morgan.

They are a good bank but only if you are a high wealth individual with 10+ million in assets or cash. Fees for trusts are usually high, no matter where you go due to lawyer fees, legal documents and associated taxes. How much are your relatives putting into a trust fund?
