They've got an assortment of lowers available too - stripped, lower w/parts kit installed, complete lower w/stock, pistol lower.

EDIT: Also, I spoke with somebody at JBO earlier who said the prices on these things would be going up around May or so. In other news, the complete lower also comes with an optional bullet button (at an extra charge, of course) installed for the eunuchs out west.

I don't believe there is any sales tax, unless you have them delivered in the same state where they are located. The videos on the website shows the quality and functioning of these lowers and they look good!

Look up the stress test done on these lowers, it's pretty impressive. better than the plum crazy. It's on youtube.

are these are heavier than the old cavarms polymer lowers?

These make AWESOME .22lr lowers! Great deal if you're in the market; I spent more on my stripped lower... Heck, for what I spent on my lower, LPK, and stock I could have bought 3 of these! Granted, I'll keep my billet lower for 5.56, but like I said, these are fantastic for .22lr plinksters!

I don't know about other states, but there is a stupid CA law we will pay sales tax now on a firearm even if purchased out of state.

Google it for more info, I believe there are guys that have swapped out everything inside to a standard AR LPK without a hitch.

Yes, with stripped lowers this cheap there's no reason not to unless you live in a state that will abuse the hell out of you for buying a firearm. In Cali, after tax+dros+shipping it's about the same price to buy a stripped lower from a local dealer or you can buy one of these poly lowers complete. You still save the $ you would have to spend on a lower parts kit, butt stock and buffer tube. It's not a bad deal, BTW anyone in Sac should look a Sac Black Rifles for this poly lower or if you perfer to stick with a traditional lower Golden State Tactical has one of the best prices around on stripped lowers.
