Anybody know if this can hold an about 7.5 pound 14 inch laptop? I have an Alienware M14x, which with the ac plug, mouse etc, weighs at least that much and the laptop itself has somewhat sharp edges on it.
The attache like, small handled neoprene case the laptop came with won't sling over the back like this bag's straps seem capable of. It would NOT be a good day to have a $1300 laptop rip through a back pack, hit concrete and become uber expensive toast!!

Nice bag. Solution, Never leave your backpack unintended...take it with you everywhere you go including the bathroom!
Just wondering If anyone had their backpack with laptop stolen? is it possible for the crook to remove the password and reinstall the OS and reuse it as new or reuse the laptop for parts? Last edited by atoneapone; 05-05-2012 at 12:40 PM.. |

Bios password can be defeated by removing the same CMOS battery on the motherboard used to keep time when the computer is off. There's also software available if the CMOS battery is difficult to swap out. |
